Its default issue, even in s10+, so you can't do anything. As I have s10+,it shows me 1hr 36min to fully charge your device but it takes almost 2hrs,I raised this issue with Samsung care and they have some interesting solutions, that I should switch off my mobile and then chargeππ..and I think its happening after April security update,I am not sure but you should not worry..its common issue and Samsung is clueless..πΆ

time which shows during charge is based on estimated time behaviour of battery for atleast 7 days average
so it is normal to get full charged with more time than estimated..
power off state gets charged on almost accurate time estimate
but apart from power off state charge you may reset the android fuel gaze to observe and recalibrate the battery module.
to recalibrate the battery
you need to dial *#0228# than click quick start . you device may get screen locked after onward. unlock the device . drain your battery to 0% than charge the device upto 100% in power off state
and after that observe the charging time in next 2nd charge event
please note if you have updated your device recently than prior to batrery recalibration do delete your cache from recovery

only 2 mins difference shows for normal charge and fast charge (If it shows 2 hrs estimation for normal charge and if i go with fast charge it shows 1 hr 58mins) . What use in charging with fast charge.
Dono problem is with mobile or charger.
