Hi friends,

 

I got the call from service center that my phone has been fixed and i can pick it up. Got my phone back and there is no data loss too.  They just updated the phone. All working fine. i just had to pay 240 Rs as my phone was out of warranty.   Samsung kept my faith alive.

As you mentioned it can be done at home .... did you tried this ?? does this wipe off your phone data ?? is my data on phone lost completely ??

If you help me with this then i would try this.

@jazzydedania728  yes I have solved issues at my home with my personal laptop. and data has not lost everything keep as it is, only replaces system file :) and you can also do this if you have a good internet connection

I would suggest visiting service centers for fixing the issue. It's free of cost. And their is no risk involved..

Yeah same here but my point is why should we pay them as this is not our fault..!!
