My galaxy Note 20 ultra Snapdragon 865 variant is in One UI 5.1 and September security patch android update, currently I'm facing battery drain because of bug in OS, Google play services is draining almost 10-15 % battery in a battery cycle run of 100%.

I tried updating play services to latest versions, also factory reset the device twice, also tried hard reset from bootloader by wiping data and rebooting. Nothing seem to fix the power hunger of Play services. This is certainly a major bug, since Samsung won't provide One UI 6 upgrade for Note 20 Ultra, is there any way to fix this.

Only way I coud make it work is to disable Google play services and not use any google related apps like Youtube, Chrome, Gmail. When disabled the battery drain issue is resolved, Is there any other fix possible??
