When i see videos at the scenes where it is dark or black i see these type of colour or quality less in the video . Is it normal or do i need to fix this ? Can yoh specify what the problem is ?

The video might not have enough quality or bitrate causing banding in dark areas.

it may be a screen burn get it checked by samsung

check out of it happens in all the videos or only this one. if it happens only in this video then no need to worry otherwise take your phone to service centre.
