Note 10 plus whatsapp issue

Hi.. I've been using my whatsapp since i bought these mobile and its doing good but after some update i cannot open any pdf in my note 10plus...i tried to download anotger pdf reader...all not working ...i also restore factory setting...still not working....i desperately need to open files as it is related to work!

Samsung please please fix this issue..i have read a lot and tried still its not working ....clear cache and everything..still the same...

Hi,

Please note that the issue caused in Dual Whats App as recently Whats App upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.

Due to this change, Dual Messenger did not sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem. Dual IM media sync logic is modified as per the new file path used by Whats App.

Please backup your files before device MR update (Whats App`backup : Whats App settings -> chats -> chat backup -> Google drive).
