Is it TDRA? UAE version?
My advice take it to Samsung service center it might have an issue, I am using the same mobile since a week but non of these issues occurred.
@Fadi, as I mentioned, I worked in Samsung for 7 years, thus for sure I know the product I bought is TDRA approved & is indeed a UAE version, I bought it from Samsung UAE.
Where did you purchase yours from ?

Kindly make sure that the phone is updated to the last software version. Kindly try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. Otherwise, you should visit the service center.
1. If you were a bit more professional you'de take your time to actually open the attached screenshot I shared to see the software I have on my phone.
2. Your proposed solution doesn't solve anything.
I am not here commenting about negativities to go visit the service center after a week of purchasing the device, the service center can most certainly come to me, I don't have the patience and time to go back and forth visting your center and have them configure whatever.
