Note 10 Battery weak

Hello all!

My Note 10 Battery status is weak as per the diagnosis. I need to charge it 2 to 3 times a day.

The service centre says that the replacement is no longer available and there is nothing that can be done.

Is it advisable that i stretch using the phone as long as it works, or should I start searching for a replacement phone soon?

Battery will be available in service centre. Get it replaced.

I did go to the service centre about 10 days ago and today i got a call from them saying that the part is not available even in Bangalore godowns... The customer service was also not able to help...

Thank you! I am in Mysuru... The service centre here said that they are unable to get it pan India... I find this strange...

You can continue using the phone as long as you want, if you are ok with charging the phone multiple times. Or you can upgrade to s22 ultra if you get a good deal
