Not receiving updates on my note 9

I haven't received any software updates for so long now and my security latch is in March 2019 still while one UI 2.0 is everywhere.How to get latest software updates now??

i also bought uae note 9... remove all sim n.
factory reset the phone but after rest put Indian sim and the phone will reset again automatically.

I just bought a new device Samsung Galaxy Note 9. But I did not have option to check for updates and did not get any update. My current version is Android 9.0 and UI 1

I didn't  get any updates  since I bought my note 9 ' July 1' 2009  security  patch
