Not receiving updates on my note 9

I haven't received any software updates for so long now and my security latch is in March 2019 still while one UI 2.0 is everywhere.How to get latest software updates now??

currently u have latest new patch April security updates and patches will arrive soon note 9 one 2 or 2.1 don't know which will come but maybe next month of May one ui 2 or 2.1 will come currently no official announcement from samsung just wait 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Does your Region of Purchase & Region (Country)of Usage different from each other ?? Since Change in CSC code & mismatch with PDA also leads to this issue...

yeah phone is uae version and am currently using it in india

The Best & Easiest way is to Insert the UAE Sim again & use 4 Some time if possible and then CSC & PDA of your Software will matches you will get updates as per UAE region..This is the Simplest one to get it updated...Another one is Complex one, which I am not sharing here 👍👍
