The June 2023 update improves the Emergency SOS function, which allows users to quickly call for assistance in case of an emergency.
Users can now turn on or off the ‘Countdown’ function that gives a few seconds to stop the emergency call. The new update also increases the accuracy of the location information that is shared with the emergency responders, making it faster and easier for them to find the users in need
