i also bought uae note 9... remove all sim n. factory reset the phone but after rest put Indian sim and the phone will reset again automatically.

Note 9...by default wifi calling is enabled...if you are in india there is no service provider that supports wifi calling. I was using note 960f in USA ATT that supported wifi calling.
