Hi

Anyone facing network issue in note 8. While recieving call 4g network convert in E and don't get refresh for some time. On sim 1 slot signal of Internet is weak than sim slot 2. I did all things like reset network, reset phone but problem remains same even I change the carrier network from Vodafone to Airtel but none works.. Plz respond if somebody is having idea Air facing problem in note 8...

4g is meant only for data so usually network shifts to 3g(H+) or 2g(E). JIO uses Volte so no need for transition to lower network. Problem seem to be due to low network coverage in your area 😅

I am facing the same problem. Tried everything from reset network setting to port the sim. Still sim port 1 not working smooth as it was working before pie update.

I also port the sim from Idea to Airtel still the issue persists.. On network type 3g only it is working better than 4G LTE.

Seems like a bug after pie update. I have sent the system error log to Samsung but no response received yet.

Using Vodafone on note 8 at home works good but at office at certain areas it has problem, it is due to network problem and not phone problem
