Don't know what the **bleep** is Samsung doing they make a update and push to user without check now my device is insurable and service centre asking me money for it they saying it's my issue no other mobile has any issue without warranty who is going to fix the mobile in this situation and without software update does we need to go service centre

sorry but in most software cases service center dont charge money

I will be visiting the service center today to find out as the Customer care support is useless. Bunch of robots hired reading a script with no common sense.

Samsung is working on a fix for the issue , and already this person went to service center and got some details regarding this issue ,Soon samsung will fix this
