1 year back suddenly my display gone kaput, i have complaint to the service centre but they haven't help out, so i contacted helpline no. and mailed them abt the issue to service centre head of samsung India, then after so many efforts the had given me only 30% discount on display, still i accepted the offer and submitted my handset to local service centre but after few days he called me and told me that the display gone DNA it is not available with the company, then i have waited for nearly one year now they r telling that there only black display available but my device is rose gold, still i accepted but they r telling me u have to pay full charges because the offer given to u by the Samsung is expired, i asked them and asking in this mail, what is my problem if ur parts r not available on time? How can worlds top most company's samsungs staff can do this things and make a joke of a flagship customer, i believed and trusted samsung more then apple now when samsung has grown up in business he doesn't wants to think about customers, what can i do with my note 20 ultra now? How can i purchase display after 1 yr in 22000? What is the selling price of my handset now? 18000?, can't believe now
