Full Screen Video Problem

I had installed Good Lock 2018 and installed some of the apps from there.
And I noticed that while opening YouTube in landscape mode, I can not drag notification bar and also can not use the back button. Futher I can not skip the ad.
Also in Samsung default video player, same problem arise (no notification bar & back button functioning)

I uninstalled all the apps from Good Lock as well as Good Luck itself. But still the problem arise.

Is it some other setting or the real problem?
Needed help.

What screenshot shall I share, and how am I supposed to show that notification bar is not pulling down in a picture.

Hey guys..if u installed edge touch plus..then u wanna customise 1 then unlock edge tochp+ and uninstall the edge touch plus...

first u have need to installed edge touch if not wanna install edge touch and then customise it and delete... but remember u wanna customise edge touch before delete...ok
