It seems like u r not a heavy user. That's why u got 5hrs+ SOT. Apps like YouTube consume a lot less battery.

We won't get this kinda backup while using the display in higher resolutions, turning Background Data ON, LTE always ON and usage in well lit conditions (it requires the screen to be more bright)
