Dear sir
my name is omkar parab i bought samsung galaxy note 8 at 10th Jan 2018 which was still in warranty. before 2 days i am faceing problem with fast charging its not getting supported. then i as decided to submit the phone in cervice center at 24th Sept 2018 at morning i wented to cervice center ( at lalbaug branch ) submitted the phone when submitting your employee name aishwariya sail strictly checked device whether it has dent or not but my device is clean. after 15 minutes they confirmed me there is hardware issue with charging port of device. today they called me to collect my device when i reached there the manager name " usha medtiya " told me we just cleaned that charging port now its working. but when i checked my device top of the corner of body there has dent on edges miss " aishwariya " accept that when its submitted there is no dent but manager " usha " told me that we are not responsible for that we can not give replacement for that she was talking with me using bad words, too much arrogantly and told me take your phone we not give any replacement for that i am attaching her photos with name also my complaint register no. is 8443504221 please look into my problem and take quick action for that.
I hope my problem will be resolve as early as possible.
