Hi guys,

Is there any way to claim for a refund as i am not liking the dull and less vivid display of note 20 ultra.

If someone knows how to do it please let me know I'll be thankful..

This is the perk of LPTO tech to save power.
You can get exchange but that won't solve the issue Because all the displays in Note 20 ultra are same.

You are right, Contacting CEO team is the only option for you, Or last option is gofor replacement and sell that box packed handset in market. (Ofcourse your will loose some money) and better to stick with Note 10+.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

From Settings, tap Display, and then tap Screen mode. Tap Vivid or Natural.

Next, adjust the slider to make the display look cooler or warmer. Tap Advanced settings to manually adjust the screen's color. Please be aware you can only adjust the White balance and Advanced settings while in Vivid mode.

Vivid color setting selected with slider bar below
Note: Vivid may not be available if you have the Blue light filter turned on.
