Hi
Any one have same problem that i have.
I am using note 9 and i found many time my proximity sensor not working also some time gps signal loss also some time auto rotation not working.
I don't know what happened.
If any one have same issue and get solutions please let me know. Help me Samsung.

Once a year do a cache erase in recovery mode. Check videos on YouTube how to do it. Will remove glitches

Once a month, factory reset is recommended once a year. 😉

bro i think you basically update software via mobile data or wifi which is not proper way to install software for samsung device...it's recommended to install software via smart switch or Odin flash or samsung service center because samsung provides non A/B partition type Ota software not like other companies hence maximum time there will be chances to welcome software loop hole and create various problems ...it's not proximity sensor issue i guarantee you ..it's software glitch which already present over software

yes bro i done by myself by using wifi and mobile data.
also my mobile some time freez when i open camera hold black screen for some time that camera start.
i will check with samsung mobile service center tomorrow

don't do that bro ...because previously most of note9 looses their display forever by applying that process... it's not process because if by chance loop hole comes then you can't believe how device can behave... i recommend you to flash that firmware via odin if you know the proper process or please visit service cente and flash that firmware from them as samsung use odin only for their official purposes 🙂👍 I am using galaxy devices from 2012 ..I never faced any issue in any of my device because I maintain that allaways and my current devices are note3 ,s9 ,j7
