They will find one or the other reason to run away from what they offered and would never let you claim the warranty.
-A small scratch voids the warranty
-No warranty is applicable if you asked your friend to order the phone on your behalf and then he put his SIM and then handed over the phone to you.
- Samsung sold out Note 20 ultra 5g, advertising 5G services support in the future and now they say that It doesn't support Jio 5G. Biggest scam ever
- they sent an OTA update which destroyed finger print sensor functionality and denied the warranty claim by saying its a display folder that needs to be replaced which will cost 25 thousand INR. Another biggest scam.
- many of the users reported Green line issue in the screen after samsung pushed the OTAs.
- screen black issue is another famous one after OTAs.

Do they have any credibility for denying the warranty, standby devices when jio 5g is not working due to bill is on someone else's name.

Actually, rightly said. Jio 5g doesn't work God knows for what reason. When it was marketed as 5g phone. Too many issues like battery drains in 7 hours with moderate usage, like seriously Samsung? 4500 MAh drains in 7 hours? The exynos chipset does maximum damage , your experiments have failed miserably and the customer paid a premium price for it. No matter how many error logs are submitted Samsung would always find an excuse to escape from its commitment.
You should be replacing devices if your devices have problems to maintain customer trust
