Actually, rightly said. Jio 5g doesn't work God knows for what reason. When it was marketed as 5g phone. Too many issues like battery drains in 7 hours with moderate usage, like seriously Samsung? 4500 MAh drains in 7 hours? The exynos chipset does maximum damage , your experiments have failed miserably and the customer paid a premium price for it. No matter how many error logs are submitted Samsung would always find an excuse to escape from its commitment. You should be replacing devices if your devices have problems to maintain customer trust
