Screen Become Yellow if always on display turned off

Hi there , its been awhile since i use galaxy note 20 and nothing happened , but suddenly whenever i unlock my screen it become more yellow. The blue light filter already off and the display mode  is on Vivid. The funny thing is when i charging it i notice that sometimes the color return to normal when i unlock my phone. So i keep lock and unlock my phone with fast pace , but the screen still yellow , and when i try to unlock it with slower pace the colors back to normal . But when i  lock and unlock my phone without the charger , it always yellow even with slow pace.  So i plug back the charger and notice  that when i unlock the phone when a small charging information on bottom of the screen pop out first , the color become normal, but when the charging information still not shown and i already unlock my phone the screen become yellow. So  it try  to use always display setting on , and yes its fix the color  and when i turned always display to off, it turns back to yellow. It kinda annoying because i dont like using always display setting cause it burns the screen from the previous galaxy i have . Is there any other solution to this ?

A reset is always an ultimate solution a normal user has in case of software glitch. I will recommend it.
