Display issue after installing March security Update

Hey Guys, 

I m using note 9 since last 1.5 yrs, after installing latest (March) security updates I am facing display issue. Whenever i increase brightness display color gets distorted and show some lines on it. It is really disappointing and irritating. I am not able to use my phone on >10% of brightness. Anyone have soln or any one else facing same issue ??

It will be addressed in future updates surely bro, developers already working on it.

I tried by factory resetting, still no luck for this.
