display burn in issue or pixel burn in issue generally happens if someone sticks on a particular application or playing any games over hours within high brightness more than 50%.....again and again doing this in high brightness can cause display burn in ...then you can clearly notice that particular apps logo or game character sticks just beneath the display.....(applications can make display burn in issue quickly 👉 pubg, Instagram)

precautions 👉allows use less than 50% brightness, don't stick on particular app for hours, try to charge home and lockscreen wallpapers once in a week, try to set blue light filter atlest for 3 min, don't work for long with your device under direct sunlight if adaptive brightness is on,use AOD tap to show, screen timeout 15 sec

In short, it's degrading LEDs. There is no solution. To prevent it the best thing you can do is to keep changing wallpapers (prefer darker wallpapers). In the system, keyboard and apps use dark mode. Maybe change a few icons places (my dad's old phone had dialler and SMS icon kinda burned in).

Don't use blue colour too much in themes/wallpapers because Blue is the warmest colour (also an amazing movie!).

If possible use Lawnchair 2 launcher and hide the status bar on the home screen.

Reduce the brightness of the screen but don't go below your comfort level. Burn-in won't bother you like older CRT burn-ins.

True. 99% of these utilities on Play Store are useless.
