Galaxy NoteIn short, it's degrading LEDs. There is no solution. To prevent it the best thing you can do is to keep changing wallpapers (prefer darker wallpapers). In the system, keyboard and apps use dark mode. Maybe change a few icons places (my dad's old phone had dialler and SMS icon kinda burned in).
Don't use blue colour too much in themes/wallpapers because Blue is the warmest colour (also an amazing movie!).
If possible use Lawnchair 2 launcher and hide the status bar on the home screen.
Reduce the brightness of the screen but don't go below your comfort level. Burn-in won't bother you like older CRT burn-ins.
