issue with M31

I bought  this new M31, but I am facing issues  during calls. Either the call goes on hold or starts  recognizing etc..

I feel this is happening  as the additional  menu during call  is too close to ear touch and get pressed  with talking  over phone.

What is the solution guys.

Reset all settings. Then Restart your phone. Problem will be solved

No, it looked that my problem is resolved. But that is not true. I had great expectation with this but disappointed. I had been using Redmi but looks they do better job. I faced no issues in particular like I am facing with M31. each time other part is silent I check if my phone is on hold or not. ridicules! sure not going for Samsung anymore.....

amazed to see that Samsung support is quite while their customers are struggling with new models. I also found that the problem faced by me is also present in other high models too..... with this experience I am more convinced of my wrong decision in buying Samsung brand... at least looks like.

fed up with problem , called customer care, was told to remove true caller..... what more we need to remove.. Samsung please tell that too... yeah was told to remove screen guard as well.....

follow up on my previous posts... even after removing True Caller the phone continues to go on hold.... Samsung what you have to say....
