White line issue on M51 Display

After I installed the jan 2024 security update, iam facing white line issue on my samsung galaxy m51. For which I seeks help from samsung authorised service center, Customer care and members ask help. For which their constant reply is to replace the display by paying aprox Rs.8800 in service center by stating that iam the only one facing this issue and my warranty expired. I don't understand why I have to pay for fix when the mistake is from samsung side.

You are absolutely right now. ✅️. Please complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Nothing to do by you, when error report sent, log files automatically send by system immediately, but during this process don't close Samsung Members App. Thanks.

They are not going to give you free replacement. My display became tinted last december after I updated to android 12 for waiting almost 1.5 years. They did not help much.
