Galaxy MI just want to know when Samsung Galaxy M30s will recieve the Android 11 and UI 3.0 update as it has been 2 weeks since M31 got it and even M21 has recieved it now. Don't tell me that we will get it before March 2021, I've had it. Samsung has always been slow with android updates. Not fixing any issues and now this is just too much. People have been asking the same question for 2 weeks and there has been no single official reply. Why is it taking so long given that other M series phones have already recieved it. When asked the same March 2021 is given as an answer. What is the point of speeding up for certain phones and not for the others. This is very unprofessional.

Galaxy MIf I give you a date 6 months after the release of Android 11 and ask you to celebrate if you get it after 5 months only then this isn't called early update. If they have such problem with development, maybe they should start offering stock android and minimize their efforts altogether. Bugs don't get encountered unless people try it.

Galaxy MMoreover, my point was if M31 and M21 have had the update for 2 weeks, then why shouldn't we?

Galaxy M1. M21 and M30s are literally same devices, so M30s should also have received the update. Agreed.
2. They have released a timeline and if you are getting the update earlier than usual, then great, but if not, you have to wait till the given time and if it doesn't come after than, you can complain.
Speaking of development time, most brands have the same condition, some are worse than Samsung.

Galaxy MSo Samsung is fighting not for being the best but for not being the worst, then all of this makes sense.

Galaxy M1. First decide if you are talking about 30s or 31s.
2. If I paid for a phone then I expect better services than the less premium phones (M21 here).

Galaxy MI see that you are a Samsung Brand Ambassador. Sorry, but I don't want non-customers and non-samsung staff answering my problems. You are the neither the one who payed for the service and neither the one who was payed to. So, maybe stay out of it.
