Requesting Android 12 update for Galaxy M30s (model SM-M307F). Please provide support or clarify future update plans.

The Galaxy M30s was released in September 2019 with Android 9 Pie, and Samsung’s update policy at that time for M-series devices included:

2 major Android OS updates

4 years of security updates

The device already received:

Android Version Status

Android 9 (Pie) Pre-installed
Android 10 ✅ Received (Feb 2020)
Android 11 ✅ Received (Mid-2021)
Android 12 ❌ Not planned / Not eligible

So Android 11 is the last official update for this model.
