My Samsung M30s model having problems

My Samsung M30s model having problem from long time - 
1. Software updation(Android version,security update, software update, movile inbuilt system software apk ) not coming from long time there are many problems coming from the different application.

2. Maojor problem of camera features not update(capturing of documents are very difficult and edit /modifications, croping of documents are also very difficult in samsung mobile)
3. Kernal versions are also very old version.
4. Android security patch level is very old
5. Android version is very old
6. Baseband version is very old
7. One UI core version is very old
8. Kernal versions is very old
9. Security software version is very old
10. Inbuilt application sofware version is very old


Please solve these problems as soon as possible.

Otherwise In future I will not buy samsung mobiles.
These are very big problems occurred from your side.

This phone was launched in 2019
And it was going to get update till Android 11..and it's done

So these problems will be stayed forever..so better to change device or buy new one.

You can reset your phone. Get backup of data to another mobile

It may solve problems in some apps else

What kind of problems is this?
Your phone's update circle is already over/ended, so you've to use older version and those are not samsung faults samsung fulfilled it's promised update circle not it's upto you how many days you can use this phone so if you want to continue using the device you've to accustomed with the older version.
