There is a battery health indicator but it doesn't show percentage it just show good,bad optionAnd if the battery degrade to bad it send you notification to change the batteryAnd I don't think they'll give a proper percentage battery health indicator...
This isn't software issue this is an hardware issue.It's not your fault but samsung isn't kind enough like oneplus who replaced screen for free.So you've to paid if you want to replace your screen
