unable to connect hotspot to my laptop windows 8.1

I had a problem with hotspt connection. I tried to connect horspot to my HP laptop windows 8.1. Please help to reslove #Hotspotproblem

check your laptop....it's because your laptop can't detecting nearby device only....not devices issue

thank your Mr.interchupipi for your suggetion, but laptop detecting hotspot when connecting with another mobile. again i tried with Samsung but it's not detecting.

may be it varies device to device..because I noticed previously that s6 edge connecting with windows 10 but s7 didn't...but once switch off your device then try again

You may need to remove the connection profile or reset the WLAN adapter.

First, remove network profile ('Forget') and reconnect to see if it works. If it doesn't then follow step 3 in the following guide...or 4 if you wanna go all out.

Once try to update the wireless drivers of your hp.

And try connecting your mobile with another laptop.
