Here this is the proof for those who continuously asking me for proofs and scolding me in comments.
I have Samsung m30s and on latest June patch as you can see and hp laptop with realtek network adaptor with windows 10 Pro ver 2004. I can connect to my mobile hotspot from my laptop without any issues.
Note: this is just to show that I can connect to hotspot. I don't know about others.
