Hotspot issue

Sometimes, I see that when I lock the screen of my m30s, then I see that in my laptop it shows disconnected and other android phone also can't discover m30s's hotspot. But, when I unlock the phone, then hotspot gets discovered. I have noticed this issue is happening after last update. Any solutions ?

Check power/battery saving mode(device care)

Also go to hotspot advanced settings and check all options

It is set at Optimised Mode and adaptive battery is enabled
