I reseted my samsung m33 few days back. I created a backup in my pc using SmartSwitch. Then I restored all the data, but my secure folder data was still not restored. I tried again using my pc. Then it showed that a restore is available, but it asks for some password which is not my phone lock niether my samsung account password. Please help me restore my data. Also, i was not prompted while creating the reset about this password.

I understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to important data.
The password you're being asked for is likely the "Secure Folder" password, which is separate from your phone lock screen password and Samsung account password.
Since you didn't set up a Secure Folder password explicitly, it's possible that it was automatically generated when you created the Secure Folder.
To regain access to your Secure Folder data, try the following:
1. *Check your Samsung account*: Ensure you're using the correct Samsung account credentials. Sometimes, the Secure Folder password might be linked to your Samsung account.
2. *Try the default Secure Folder password*: If you didn't set a custom password, try using the default password: "0000" (four zeros).
3. *Use the 'Forgot Secure Folder password' option*: On your Samsung M33, go to Settings > Lock screen > Secure Folder > Forgot Secure Folder password. Follow the prompts to reset the password.
4. *Contact Samsung Support*: Reach out to Samsung's customer support for further assistance. They might be able to help you recover your Secure Folder data or provide additional guidance.
Remember to be cautious when resetting your Secure Folder password, as you might lose access to your encrypted data if you're unable to recall the new password.
I hope this helps you regain access to your Secure Folder data!
