Need to access my data in smartswitch

Hello everyone, I need help to access my backed up data in my pc through smartswitch.

Here's what happened, so i needed to reset my smartphone so i backed it up into my laptop through samsung smartswitch. I reset my phone and then i restored the data. I got everything back except secure folder data. I tried to restore it again, i got an pop up option asking if i wanted to restore, when i click yes, it asks for some password which i didnt even set at first place. It is not my device password, not Samsung account password and not secure folder password. So i was stuck at that place.

When i approached samsung support, they told me that secure folder services are no longer active and hence they can't help me.

But I need that data back, or atleast want to access in my laptop if not back in my phone as it is extremely important to me.

Someone who knows some tricks or methods please help me or if you can contact some samsung officials then please do.

Ok... So first of all go to galaxystore & uninstall ur s Secure folder... Again Install it.. it's show u option to reset ur password... If it's works than click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Ok ..Then open Secure folder..> click on 3 doubt> setting there u got uninstall option

I tried uninstalling and re installing the secure folder. I asked me to create new password and no forget option.
Also believe me the password that the recovery is asking is not secure folder neither device password neither samsung account password

Does u create passkey.. it may indicate some time pass key...
