Samsung M35 Battery heating issue

Hello everyone I am a samsung user since last 10 years. Now I am using M35 since last 3 days. I have noticed the phone gets heat in normal usage also. Vapour cooling chamber is also not working properly. I have updated the phone and did all the settings to avoid abnormal heating. Please suggest.

my m35 still heats up when used more than 15 min

Yes..in normal usage it gets heat.. rubbish phone..no adapter and very slow charging

I have bought m35 5g mobile phone even I'm facing battery drain issues could some one help me out?

There are no solutions till now. I am planning to visit the service centre. Battery drain issue is major concern. I have to take my adapter every time when I visit outside.

My M35 is 20 days old, Facing Heating issue and battery drain... even after phone optimised in 20 days....now your phone is okay or not ? Please reply me

Same issue Battery drain and heatting issue is major concern.i have visited the service centre, and they told me to give them mobile for one day, and your data will be deleted. So back up your data and submit your phone. I didn't give it due to my busy schedule.

I have Samsung M12, J7pro and J7-16 in my family, but none of the phones are heating like this one. My M12 is very battery efficient.
I use CPU-Z app to monitor Temperature in battery, cpu, etc.
