Samsung M21 automatically restarting very frequently. Keeps restarting several times. Even after serviced by official service center could not solve it. @samsung kindly help.

Try to clean cache partition through Android recovery mode.

Freezing and Restarting is known motherboard issue of Exynos 9611.

Backup your data before it's too late. To turn on the phone forcefully, press and hold power button and volume down button.

After that try factory reset.
