SAMSUNG M31 Auto Restart Problem

My Samsung m31 is auto restart in every 1 minute. I have purchased this phone in 2021, it is hardly 1 year and getting issue in this phone.

This shows clearly **bleep** promises with public. I am using only the Samsung phones from starting but know I think Samsung is not capable enough to compete in market due to these issues in phones.

Hello bro . I think Samsung should now stop giving Bad Exynos Processors on there Smartphones bro . They should only focus on Mediateck as well as Qualcomm Snapdragon processors in near future . I am sad for your Smartphone issue now bro . Bro you please go to www.samsung.com and please contact to Samsung CEO there .

This is a manufacturing defect of exynos 9611 soc and a quality control fault of Samsung
They had provided free repair to many users but now it has become widespread

Follow the above steps in the post, if they deny, then ask for discount and be adamant that the update has damaged your phone, tell them you will file complaints in consumer forum

Make your last full data backup and go to the Samsung service center and replace motherboard , your device dead at any time , so don't waste time otherwise your data will lost
