Poor security patch

Extremely disappointed with samsungs March security patch for sams m31s .how can samsung claim about 20 hrs screenon time with out playing any games.Robbery is better than this samsung

Did Samsung really claim 20 hrs SOT without gaming? I guess not. If you have strong source of this, share it and I will try to escalate this. My M31s gives me 1 and half days an full charge.

Well, if you complain, you should have evidences to back it up. I believe you don't have any because Samsung never claimed something like that.

Okay, so what's up with this? Samsung never said that you will get this much screen on time doing everything except playing games, they said that you will get this much screen on time doing a specific work. Understand the difference. And there is an asterisk on top of all, which says results may vary depending on conditions and usage.

It's really disappointing when you got a device with 6000mah battery and not getting proper backup time.
I know the feeling...when I got my M31s first the battery backup was just fine.
Then after last update of Android 11 with one ui 3.1...the battery backup drastically decreased and fast charging surprisingly got slowed down😑. Even after last security update...no improvement at all.

Already done wipe cache partition...reset device.......still no hope at all.😞
