M52 Display with Green Line issue Replaced!!!

Hello Everyone, This is to inform my happiness to all M52 Users and express my thanks to Samsung.
My M52 have Green Line issue occurred on June 2023 after software update and finally after many communications with Samsung, they provide me replacement (Parts at Free of Cost, I need to pay labour Cost). I am very happy about the solution provided from Samsung Team even my phone is out of warranty.

To M52 Users - What i did?
# Approached Samsung Service centres Many time. At Last Visit i Submitted my phone there and told Samsung Care that i Dont need this phone without any Solutions.

# Emailed CEO 2 Times
# Called & Communicated with Samsung Care Many Times (Talked with Executives and Supervisor Heads) and Expressed my concerns Deeply. During first time they neglected, tried many times, after they admitted my concerns and forwarded to Decision Making Team, also expressed concerns to them, after that they checked my device for Physical & Liquid Damage. They understood that device have no damage and they asked my Invoice and after submitting invoice, they offered me for a Goodwill Discount for Parts and need to pay Labour Cost (Near 1400 INR) and i accepted it. I got my phone after 2 Weeks with display replaced.
# Please try, try and try.... You will get it. Never dont step back. They will provide discounts out of policy.
# Point Down Your Concerns and try to express it deeply.

To Samsung
I am disappointed about your support during first time, But after that your team admitted my concerns and provided me an acceptable solution. To be frank, even i am very satisfied with functions and features in One UI Interface in Samsung phones, i took decision that i will not use any samsung products if didnt get the solution. Now i am happy with Samsung products & Support will continue referring to my friends.

Samsung is a cheater company, they told me to pay for screen replacement as my samsung galaxy m52 having green line issue. Previously I had purchased samsung tab s9 fe+ to make samsung ecosystem, but now I will never buy any samsung products in my life ever. Very bad act done by samsung

Can u please send the proof because the service centre is telling me he won't. So that I cann show ur receipt to prove it is possible. Can you??

Samsung is only have expertise in Display and now we are facing issue in the display , due to this green line issue in One plus this issue have seriously damaged the One plus Image making them middle range phone company from premium one , now no body trust on One plus and Samsung is going on that way only previously I have never purchased Samsung phone because I felt that it performances slow and stuck often , after a decade i purchased I have purchased Samsung M52 5g and now these Green Line which comes automatically to my phone screen. and Samsung care is saying that the screen replacement is for premium range only like S21 and S22 , and they also said that green line is not known issue for M52 5g . I told them please Google this issue by your self they say we can't do anything you have to bare the cost of screen replacement . I mean Seriously when other chinese phone company are priced half of it and still not facing this issue , for this issue we have paid 30 k .... @ Samsung Team Take responsibility for this issue and please replace our screen for free

How utterly disgusting behavior by samsung , made you run around so much then keep your ohine for 14 days and charge you Rs.1400 becauseyou had no choice..I went through 5 visits to service centre left my phone for a week, 10 mails to all authorities of samsung support and they still didn't respond..Now 7 months later in the same screen of m525g I have another green line come up on April 23rd2025..boycott Samsung...crooks they are.
