Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue with my Samsung M52 5G smartphone. Recently, a green line suddenly appeared on my phone screen without any physical damage or mishandling. My device has never been dropped or exposed to any external damage.
For your reference:
Model: Samsung M52 5G
Purchase Price: ₹26,000
Battery Replaced: April 2025 (official service center)
Heating Issue: Faced continuous heating for two days in early May after the new battery installation
Recent Action: Reported the heating issue and received a security update shortly after

Current Issue: Sudden green line on the display

It is very disappointing to experience such issues on a premium device. I believe this is a hardware quality problem that has been widely reported in other Samsung models as well. I kindly request Samsung to resolve this issue free of cost or provide a display replacement under goodwill or warranty extension, as the issue occurred without any fault from my side.

Please treat this as a priority case and provide a strong resolution at the earliest.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Best regards,
Abhishek Pandey
