Hello Everyone,

I still haven’t received any response from Samsung regarding the green line issue I mentioned earlier.

I genuinely wanted to buy the Galaxy S25 Ultra or S24 Ultra, mainly because I liked the S Pen and wanted to try it out. But the lack of customer support from Samsung has completely changed my mind.

This BBD/GIF sale, I’ll be moving to either the OnePlus 13 or the iPhone 16 Pro Max instead. I’ll get my M52 display replaced at the Samsung service center for ₹9,600 and then pass this device on to my elder sibling.

Goodbye Samsung. 👋

9600 is not worth it for screen replacement, better add another 6k and go for nord series with lifetime screen replacement. Peace of mind is important

Screen replacement by one plus is great, go with it. Samsung just dont care about its customers and they don't care about their own mistakes. Why should anyone has to suffer with display line issues, its not customers fault.
