M21 Mother Board issue after OS update

Hi,
I purchased an M21 last year and I was satisfied with the product. Its warranty period just expired 2 months back. I have done an update. After the update, it reboots and froze on the boot screen. When consulting the service center they told its hardware damage. Need to change Motherboard.

Why I should pay 7-8k for new Motherboard. 

Who is responsible if Hardware is damaged due to glitch in Samsung system update ???

I was using old Mi phone for 4 yr (and it is still working flawlessly just has bit old hardware config.) But because of Made in India & Anti-China sentiments, switched to Samsung, laterally  regretting my decision.

I have checked lots of thread in the Community, its look like I m not alone with issue, there are thousands of customer cursing Samsung.

Just want to ask these so called Geniuses, does this app supported on Non Samsung phones, as My #ShittySamsung is busted because of ur #ShittySystemUpdate

Yes, I face same issue in past. In my case invisible board bent. Which human eye can't see. One more I went to samsung service for to save my Good old Samsung phone. I know the issue is at a IC based resistor at charging port. I asked samsung tech to replace the resistor he said as per samsung policy no part change only board replacement.
So instead for a 10 INR resistor we are forced to buy mother board of cost 8K-10k. Luckily element14 save my phone. I ordered resistor for 30 and shipping cost 200 and solider total cost 30+200. As per my personal experience please uninstall all third party system admin Apps before software update as this sometimes causes hardware brick.

Is samsung providing m21 motherboard replacement , For mother board issue after system update.

All m and a series are facing the same issue, samsung only provides cheap quality mobile phones.
