Galaxy m31s mother board issue

Anyone's mother board gone after update.

Actually my device m31s mother board was dead after some days of update. I went to service centre they told 8k for replacing mother board, it was almost 8 months before I think, I know something happening after software update on many device but I Didn't think samsung device's have this issue and this issue not very much popular in that time. After that I just searched how much will cost m31s mother board, the first 2 results show the mother boards for buying when I scroll down I saw there are many User's faced same issue In there m31s, idk it's because software update but the motherboard crashed after software update

I wish my mother board also should replace for free but when i take my phone to service centre they said 8k for replacement so I take my phone to third party service centre for saving my data but nothing happened phone dead after few minutes in that way I have also lost 1.5k for nothing and I also lost my 2 important mail ID and some personal data, official service centre will maximum try to don't replace for free, don't know what to do, now in boot loop

If not then mail to ceo , they will surely help you as they help me , try to make them understand about your problem and surely they will provide you free replacement , make them understand !

Tell them it is not easier to earn money , so why you waste your money because of them , tell them its not your fault , its their responsibility to repair it , fault is by their side ,
