I am having galaxy m21 as a side phone and since last 2 days i am facing issue as it is constantly getting switch off and on, i am not able to use it for more than 5-10 min, i even checked in safe mode but still it is getting off and on. I checked on google and i did all the resolution provided there still no use. I also came out across a blog saying that M series is facing issue in mother board as exynos is damaging it. It is highly recommend to sell or to switch from M series. Is anyone facing same or similar issue? Please help!.

I experienced a motherboard failure in my Samsung M21, which ultimately rendered my mobile device completely non-functional.

Am also facing same issue. Issue started after software update on 30/08/23 .
Service center said it is mother board issue which cost 7500. Decided to go for new Non_Samsung .

Backup your data before it's too late. To turn on the phone forcefully, press and hold power button and volume down button.

After that try factory reset.
If the issue still persists, try installing firmware whose process I have explained in my post(link below):
