Motherboard problem after update

I was using samsung m53 5g and after attending a call the screen remained in on position and didn't respond at all, then I tried to force restart it and it turned off and never turned on again , 

Now when I visited the service center the told me that it's mother board is damaged and it will cost ₹15,000. 

I think this repair should be free of cost.

That's very unfortunate. Similar thing happened with me. I was on a call and then i hung up and after some time i placed another call and now both my phone's mic were gone. I went to service center and had to pay for motherboard and charging port replacement. Because the mics are built into the motherboard. There was no water damage or anything like that.

That is the same issue
That occurred to me immediately after a call

I believe it is a software issue,
Therefore, they must compensate for this

Is you device completely dead? Not even charging?

Have you tried Local Repair shops for motherboard replacement? Usually such parts are always original. I don't think there are any faake motherboards in market so you can go for a Repair with local shop too.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.
