Galaxy MI purchased the Samsung Galaxy M55 recently and have been facing serious overheating and battery drain issues from the beginning. The phone gets extremely hot even during normal usage like browsing, social media, and watching videos. The problem becomes even worse during gaming or video calls. Additionally, the battery drains very quickly, even in standby mode, forcing me to charge the phone multiple times a day.
I contacted Samsung support, and they replaced the motherboard, but unfortunately, the issue still persists. Despite this, Samsung is now telling me that my phone is "fine" and that there are no issues! However, I have official service center diagnostic reports that clearly show battery drainage and high temperature issues. This proves that the problem is real, yet Samsung refuses to acknowledge or fix it.
I am really disappointed with this experience. If others are facing similar issues, please share your thoughts. Samsung, we need a proper fix—either through a software update or another solution! Hoping for a quick resolution.

Galaxy MI think the software is not properly optimized for the chipset , that's why it has such issues.
Coming to the point what we can do.
Use extra dim .
Don't use 5G until it's necessary.
And as I have seen in your SS , don't use hotspot from this device.
I know those settings are weird ,but this would make your device produce less heat and also the battery backup will increase a bit.
