MOTHERBOARD BECOME DEAD AFTER SOFTWARE UPDATE 6.6.1 IN GALAXY M33 5G

After Software update of 6.1.1 my phone fill lag and slower then before. After 2 - 3 day in midnight my phone got switch off and not start working. My phone was 100% charged so I remove my charger and then I check my phone in morning my phone was switched off. I go to sevice center they told me RAM of motherboard is corrupted and I have to replace it with new motherboard. It will cost me Rs. 9800/-  cost. The price is more then. Original price is Rs. 7800/- and labour cost is 2000/- Rs. What the hell you are just changing motherboard and telling me this much cost. I buy rather new phone then change the motherboard. I purchased this phone around 13 - 15k. And it only be 1.5 years and you are telling me pay this much.

I should not buy Samsung phone if this problem is occured buy there software bugs.

One Question more form Samsung.

You make buget phones no problem but make the processor more powerfull  so they can handle your software update and second thin give warrenty of any phone as much you giving software update. If you are giving software about of 3 year and somthing happen to motherboard or display without external damage make free of cost for them. As simple if 3 years software update is equal to 3 Years Warrenty on Display damage or Motherboard Damge by software  (Without external damge). And 1 year warrenty on any hardware and software damge.

In today generation we as student us more phone usages and more online payment are being used and also we stay out of our hometown. If something might happen to our phone how can we deal with it? How can we contact to others.  Same condition happen with me there was VIVA on that day in other collage and that morning my phone was swtiched off. I am living in other city. No way to contact someone. I dont have cash to pay and go to collage.  And there was a working video of my project which was gone on with that phone. i had to make other video of my project.

Give me proper respose or just give me new phone or replace this motherboard in half of price.

I am very sad with samsung community my all family members used Samsung mobile only due to you are best in your device and after this my trust is going broken day by day.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I Contact them but they give me 3 reason body damge if phone is fall from hight second virus and third is bugs my phone is 13k around when I purchase phone from there website on offers days. Why should I pay that much amount of Rs. 9800/- if there processor can't handle there software update. They give us 2 to 3 years of software update but processes capable they handle the big software update.

Now a days even the reply from the office of the service Head is not good. If have an option to share the voice, I can broadcast it. They people have no responsibility with customers.

Bro next time don't buy samsung mid range or lower range phones there are other brands like vivo,nothing, oneplus,Motorola etc. If u r buying samsung then buy the s series or don't buy

Bro their phone is not good as samsung. Chinese phone will work up 3 years but after then your device getting slower after completing software update. 2nd thing then don't have proper service center for vivo oppo realme. One plus have but they are facing green screen problem in it. Motorola are good but expensive and don't have more service center in india. Buy S series in samsung is more expensive same as iphone price. I just want mid range phone up to 25K in not more then that in samsung phone with proper processor.

In midrange category every phone u look with good hard ware are designed to use for 2 to 3 yrs if u don't have a budget then u should go for any smartphone chinese or indian. The solution of ur problem is don't use ur phone that much like gaming, movie watching,reels etc either invest ur time to learn skills or go to a park u know what i m tryin to say. All the smartphone brands want to sell their product at a very higher price nd u don't need to change a phone until it is 5 or 6 yrs nd ur phone is not working properly nd don't watch tech youtuber's videos that much. Nowadays youtuber's are mostly talking about smartphone than tech .
