I submitted my phone to samsung service center for display, battery and usb powerpoint change.
Now after the service center have changed the concerned parts now my phone's screen is showing flickering which was not there when i submitted my phone to service center.
I told the service center at that time only when they were delivering the phone to me that my phone is flickering. They asked me to update the software but still after updating i am facing same issue and now service center is saying that motherboard is damaged and my phone is out of warranty too. Help me guys.....what should i do?... where should i complaint?

It's because the display was not implemented properly by service center. So, you can go to re-replace it
