My Samsung m31 screen is not working suddenly..there isn't any single scratch on screen...and it is a new phone ...and, I bought it  on November month only...there isn't any fall or scratch....and I even won't play any games also......It became very difficult for me to digest that phone problem...coz..it is my new phone, I can't bear if it has repair😭😭😭

Visit a service center, they will repair it for free if there is no water damage.

if it has not been damaged by water, visit the nearest service center, they'll fix it free of cost.
